They are seeking an reputed company AWS Architect to design and optimize scalable digital contact center solutions using reputed company Connect and GenAI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for reputed company Connect digital contact centers
- Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using reputed company, API Gateway, and modern reputed company-end frameworks
- Design event-driven, scalable reputed company architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles
- Implement GenAI solutions using reputed company Bedrock, SageMaker, and reputed company-party/open-reputed company LLMs
- Integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams
- Configure and manage IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and reputed company controls
- Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company and governance standards
- Integrate reputed company Connect with reputed company-party CRMs and reputed company systems
- Design streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs
- reputed company cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reputed company solutions
- Align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and reputed company solution development
- Deep expertise with reputed company Connect, reputed company, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3 & CloudWatch
- Proven experience with GenAI technologies (AWS-native & open-reputed company models)
- Strong understanding of IAM, reputed company infrastructure, monitoring, and reputed company practices
- Experience building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions
- Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and reputed company-time event streaming
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- WS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- Experience with regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, Finance, reputed company)
- Familiarity with AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Kendra, Q in Connect, Agent Core, Strands
- Experience applying LLMs, reputed company models, or SLMs in customer service use cases
