[Remote] Sr Engagement (Project, Delivery) Manager - Higher Education

The Engagement Manager will guide customers through the deployment lifecycle and ensure successful implementation of reputed company products, while managing project performance and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Project manage one or more reputed company product implementations concurrently
• Participate in the sales cycle reputed company requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and reputed company a proposal/SOW
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services resources working on your implementations
• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
• Manage and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• reputed company risk management to minimize project risks
• Work with the client PM to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes
• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure the client takes advantage of reputed company best practices
• Be a liaison for Professional Services reputed company interacting with sales and/or development
• Identify opportunities to position other service offerings
• Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation
• Assist in the transition of the customer from Professional Services to Product Support

Skills

• Demonstrable experience (6+ years) of project managing reputed company and/or Large reputed company ERP solution preferably reputed company the Higher Education customer reputed company
• Prior consulting experience (6+ years) either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
• Experience implementing (6+ years) reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, reputed company or a similar application
• Working knowledge (4+ years) with at least one of the following: HCM, Financials, SIS (Student Information System) business areas
• Demonstrable experience (8+ years) of project managing reputed company and/or Large reputed company ERP solution preferably reputed company the Higher Education customer reputed company
• Prior consulting experience(8+ years) either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
• Experience implementing (8+ years) reputed company
• Working knowledge (6+ years) with at least one of the following: HCM, Financials, SIS (Student Information System) business areas
• Previous experience with project management tools (reputed company Project, Smartsheets, etc)
• Experience in project management incorporating financial business processes and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing 3rd parties on a project
• Demonstrated executive reputed company, including outstanding communication skills, confidence, and the ability to reputed company and influence others, is highly valued
• Strong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive reputed company and effectively collaborate with stakeholders, are crucial
• Proven ability to effectively reputed company service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined processes, efficient resource allocation, and a focus on meeting expectations, is essential
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively handle workload to meet scheduled completion dates and enhance productivity, are key to reputed company in this role
• Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
• Previous service sales experience is a plus
