[Remote] Field Marketing Manager (Eastern Time Zone) - Remote, USA

They are seeking a highly organized and driven Field Marketing Manager to reputed company and execute marketing programs that generate pipeline and engage customers across reputed company America.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement
• Own a portfolio of field marketing events and programs from concept through execution, including budgeting, attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event follow-up
• Support executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, trade shows, hospitality experiences, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives
• Partner closely with sales teams to identify reputed company accounts, drive attendance, and maximize business impact
• Collaborate with channel, alliance, digital marketing, marketing operations, and SDR teams to deliver successful programs
• Track program performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization

Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand reputed company, partner marketing, or marketing operations
• Experience executing customer events, executive engagement programs, webinars, trade shows, or partner marketing initiatives
• Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and targeted 1:1 or 1: Few marketing initiatives
• Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with reputed company, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout reputed company America
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support customer-facing events and programs
