[Remote] Payroll Services Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global reputed company capital management company, and they are seeking a Payroll Services Consultant to participate in reputed company stages of the implementation lifecycle. The role involves gathering customer requirements, configuring the reputed company solution, managing customer expectations, and providing guidance throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Document and validate customer business requirements
- Configure the reputed company application to meet documented customer requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions and document outcomes through meeting minutes
- Attend project meetings and provide status updates on activities and deliverables
- Provide customers with consulting services and general assistance reputed company areas of expertise
- reputed company SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
- Serve as a subject matter resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external stakeholders
- Work with customers to implement reputed company Organizational Readiness best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree or postgraduate coursework is an asset
- 3–5 years of Payroll HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider
- Expertise in reputed company integration solutions
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Experience creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reputed company Test plans
- Experience in business process mapping and organizational readiness
- HCM lifecycle expertise, including operations, business practices, and technology enablement
- Superior customer support and relationship management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%)
- Prior consulting experience with both Payroll and HCM software
- Knowledge of prevailing wage and union concepts
- Expert knowledge of SQL scripting and XML transformers
- Prior consulting or functional experience with reputed company HCM
