[Remote] Sr. Operations Quality Analyst (CA)

The Senior Billing Quality Analyst serves as a critical control reputed company across the Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, ensuring billing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Conduct post-invoice audits of billing transactions and accounts receivable
- Investigate billing discrepancies and identify root causes
- Validate product configurations, SKUs, and entitlements
- Identify billing risks and data inconsistencies
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues

- Track and report KPIs including billing accuracy and error rates
- Build dashboards and analytical reports

Skills
- Associate's Degree (AA) in Business Administration or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in MSP, SaaS, or services-based environments
- Exposure to subscription or usage-based billing models
- Experience is supporting audits
- Working knowledge of ERP, PSA, or billing systems
