Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate relationships with developers, builders, investors, family offices, UHNWI, HNWI, lenders, architects, engineers, municipalities, corporations, reputed company property owners, and other strategic partners
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, founders, business owners, developers, institutional investors, and executive-level decision-makers
  • Generate your own pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, strategic reputed company, and relationship-building
  • Schedule and reputed company meetings both virtually and in person
  • Identify off-market opportunities, development sites, investment partnerships, and strategic collaborations
  • Introduce prospective clients to Maison Bezalel's services and reputed company opportunities
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to move opportunities from initial conversations through execution
  • Represent Maison Bezalel Global Properties with professionalism, reputed company, discretion, and a relationship-first approach
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of business opportunities, client relationships, meetings, and follow-up activities
  • Stay informed on market trends, development activity, investment opportunities, and emerging industries that align with our growth strategy
