Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and reputed company new training curricula, participant guides, job aids, assessments, and other learning materials
• Maintain and revise existing curricula, learning assets, and assessment tools
• Conduct job task analyses and support Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed
• Partner with internal clients and subject matter experts to identify business needs, learning objectives, and training requirements
• Design and reputed company instructor-led, virtual, reputed company learning experiences
• reputed company training design documents and instructional strategies
• reputed company or collaborate with instructional design teams on larger projects
• Manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to reputed company training initiatives

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing training curricula and learning assets
