[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Technical Talent is an Inc. 5000 Company seeking a Senior Instructional Designer. In this role, you will play a key part in the HR reputed company Learning & Development group, focusing on developing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills while ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and align learning projects to strategic initiatives and departmental goals
  • Build and manage productive relationships with internal groups and OU stakeholders
  • Analyze, design, and reputed company new training curricula, participant guides, job aids, and assessments that are reputed company in nature
  • May conduct job task analysis and Train the Trainer sessions
  • Maintain/revise existing curricula and learning assets (including assessments)
  • Work with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives. Will design and reputed company learning assets
  • Must possess strong analytical and project management skills and have great attention to detail. May work as part of a larger project team and work with multiple stakeholders. Will reputed company training design documents

Skills

  • Must have a working proficiency in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning software
  • Must have at least five years of experience developing learning assets
  • Five years of experience with instructional design, graphic design, and/or learning technology
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, graphic design, instructional technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Prefer candidate with experience developing craft training content or maintaining reputed company technical curricula
  • Experience applying adult learning theory, including measuring outcomes of learning
  • Experience managing reputed company technical curriculum maintenance and/or programs
  • Experience developing technical training for new and existing employees
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders to understand performance and reputed company gaps, determine learning solutions, and link to goals
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Experience leading teams
