[Remote] Volunteer Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a passionate Volunteer Technical Recruiter to build a team of volunteer technology professionals who will contribute to their digital platforms and mental health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and executive leadership to understand reputed company and future volunteer staffing needs

- Full Stack Engineers

- Back-End Developers (Node.js, Express.js)

- UI/UX Designers
- Product Managers
- AI/Machine Learning Engineers
- Data Engineers and Data Analysts
- DevOps and reputed company Engineers
- Cybersecurity Specialists
- QA/Test Engineers
- Technical Writers
- Publish volunteer opportunities across reputed company, reputed company, university career portals, volunteer platforms, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with engineering managers and project leads
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database
- Build relationships with universities, coding boot camps, technology communities, and professional associations
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the recruitment process
- Support volunteer reputed company and orientation
- Recommend innovative recruitment and volunteer engagement strategies
Skills
