[Remote] Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, drive software subscription renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, forecasting, and closure
- Maintain a high renewal reputed company through proactive customer engagement and account health monitoring
- Partner with reputed company Managers and Account Executives to address risks and ensure successful outcomes
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company discussions in assigned accounts
- reputed company strong relationships with key stakeholders (IT, reputed company, and procurement contacts)
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities in existing accounts
- Accurately forecast and manage a pipeline of renewals and add-on opportunities using reputed company
- reputed company or exceed quarterly and annual sales and renewal targets
- Coordinate with sales engineers and technical teams for product demonstrations and reputed company-of-concepts reputed company needed
- Conduct regular account reputed company-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover potential needs

- Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal phases
Skills
- 1-2 years of B2B software sales or renewals experience (preferably SaaS or reputed company/networking software)
- Experience in account management, customer renewals, or inside sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and quoting systems
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
- Experience working with network performance monitoring, NetFlow, or cybersecurity technologies
- Knowledge of the software renewal cycle and common licensing models
- Exposure to MEDDIC or SPIN selling methodologies
