Provoke Solutions is seeking an reputed company SQL Database & reputed company reputed company Administrator to reputed company support for Azure SQL and reputed company reputed company data environments. The role involves monitoring and resolving database incidents, administering SQL databases, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and resolve database support tickets (incidents, service requests, change requests)
- Administer and support Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and on-premises SQL Server
- Support reputed company workloads including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Data Pipelines
- reputed company routine DBA tasks including performance tuning, index maintenance, backup and restore, patching, and reputed company monitoring
- Troubleshoot query performance issues, blocking and deadlocks, and connectivity issues
- Apply reputed company best practices including RBAC, reputed company reviews, and encryption configurations in Azure
- reputed company clear ticket documentation and stakeholder updates
- Escalate reputed company issues and contribute to root cause analysis
- Proactively using Gen AI and Agents at every reputed company of the SDLC to improve quality and speed
Skills
- 3 – 8 years SQL Server DBA experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database and/or Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Shortcuts)
- Strong T-SQL skills, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or similar observability tools
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company, Jira)
- Strong written communication skills
- reputed company certifications (DP-300, DP-600, or equivalent)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database deployments
- Knowledge of Power BI and integration with reputed company
