Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with business and functional leaders to understand strategy, growth plans, and critical hiring needs—then translate that into recruitment strategies that attract world-class tech talent
- Adapt and position our employer value proposition for specific business units, building diverse talent pipelines proactively
- Provide business leaders with strategic insights that sharpen hiring reputed company and strengthen our talent positioning
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from requirements gathering and EVP customization through candidate selection and offer management
- Use AI-powered sourcing, candidate matching, and screening tools to build high-quality pipelines reputed company and move at speed
- Manage interview strategy and facilitate data-driven candidate reputed company with hiring managers
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience that reflects our employer brand and values

Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company experience, reputed company across a diverse range of roles and functions
- 3+ years of reputed company for software development and engineering roles
