The role involves overseeing delivery, governance, and milestone management for nonprofit engagements, ensuring successful go-lives and early adoption.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping for assigned engagements
- Establish and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Facilitate governance cadences, including status reviews, milestone checkpoints, and go-live readiness reviews
- Provide structured reporting reputed company to agreed delivery milestones
- Coordinate with nonprofit stakeholders and certified implementation partners to monitor implementation reputed company
- Ensure alignment between approved scope, grant objectives, and implementation timelines
- Identify delivery risks or scope variances and recommend mitigation strategies
- Escalate material risks to designated stakeholders as appropriate
- Track reputed company against defined implementation milestones
- Support go-live readiness validation and transition planning
- Deliver post-implementation summary reports outlining project outcomes, risks, and lessons learned
- Provide independent advisory input regarding delivery structure, reputed company, and risk management

Skills
- 4–8 years of experience managing reputed company technology implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting reputed company implementations
- Working knowledge of reputed company delivery methodologies (e.g., NowCreate)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Strong risk management and governance capabilities
- Ability to operate independently and manage defined project engagements concurrently
- Hands-on reputed company implementation experience (managing and/or supporting)
- 4–8 years reputed company technology project management
- Strong governance and risk management capabilities (RAID logs, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements concurrently
- Core PM fundamentals need to be strong
- reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
