  • Own the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, health information management, or medical records workflows
  • Working knowledge of ROIS, VRM, and reputed company data entry processes
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems and workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
