[Remote] Clinical Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Clinical Account Consultant to manage reputed company clinical cases and ensure high-quality service delivery for a large reputed company organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison and reputed company of contact for formal referrals to AOH for clinical assessment and treatment
- Provide intensive case management from initial consultation through ongoing care coordination
- Collaborate closely with case-specific treatment providers to ensure high-quality, client-centered service delivery
- Partner with the Managing Director to maintain strong alignment with customer needs and expectations
- Participate in and present to key stakeholders during regularly scheduled customer meetings
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and clear communication of reputed company case management activities reputed company the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Maintains availability as a primary reputed company of contact, demonstrating reputed company responsiveness and quick turnaround for acute cases and new referrals
- Provides initial consultations to assess the scope of referrals and ensure alignment among reputed company engaged stakeholders
- Manages and coordinates appropriate releases of information for clients and reputed company relevant treatment, assessment, and referral partners
- Participates in regularly scheduled case review meetings for active and monitored cases with the referring organization
Skills
- Master-level clinician
- Fully licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
- Prior EAP experience managing formal referral and/or fitness-for-duty evaluations
- Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health and substance use assessment and treatment
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and reputed company effectively in high-pressure environments
- Proven comfort engaging with and presenting to senior-level executives
- Account management experience preferred
- Previous experience consulting with reputed company organizations preferred
