Responsibilities
- Own strategy and client reputed company for a large portfolio of reputed company Group marketing clients
- reputed company reputed company calls, monthly strategy meetings, and client reputed company-ins
- Act as the strategic reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for clients
- reputed company internal pod performance and ensure campaigns are executed properly
- Work closely with Project Managers and Account Managers to improve campaign quality and client retention
- Monitor reputed company channels and respond quickly to escalations or client concerns
- Review campaign content and overall client experience
- Help drive referrals, reviews, upsells, and retention
