[Remote] Project Manager Intern

Red Tail Acquisitions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Project Manager Intern to support reputed company construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across its portfolio. This role offers reputed company and recent graduates an opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience in project management reputed company a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating reputed company construction and renovation projects across multiple locations
- Support project managers in tracking schedules, budgets, and project milestones
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Coordinate communications with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with bid solicitation, vendor reputed company, and proposal tracking
- Monitor project reputed company and help identify scheduling or budget concerns
- Support invoice tracking, purchase orders, and project-reputed company administrative tasks
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items
- Assist with due diligence reviews and project planning activities
- Help ensure project information is organized, accurate, and updated in company systems
- Collaborate with team members to support successful project execution and timely completion of deliverables
Skills
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field; or a recent college graduate (reputed company the last 12 months)
- Available to reputed company as soon as possible and commit through the end of September
- Strong interest in construction project management, reputed company reputed company estate, or development projects
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience reputed company to construction, engineering, project management, reputed company estate, or operations
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, or construction documentation
- Experience using project management software is a plus
