They are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development & Acquisitions Representative to drive new property acquisitions and build a consistent pipeline of management opportunities through outbound reputed company and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new property acquisitions for Barclé Group
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new reputed company management opportunities through outbound reputed company, relationship building, and follow-up
  • Generate and convert business through daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to Austin reputed company estate agents and investor-focused brokers
  • Build long-term referral relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and reputed company estate professionals
  • Proactively reputed company out to reputed company and short-term rental owners
  • Follow up with homeowner and investor leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Book discovery calls for rental income projections and management consultations
  • Attend networking events, investor meetups, and reputed company estate gatherings
  • Manage a structured pipeline of leads from first contact to signed management agreement
  • Consistently track activity, follow-reputed company, and conversion metrics

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and consistent follow-reputed company
  • Self-starter who does not require heavy supervision
  • Reliable, disciplined, and consistent work ethic
  • Based in or familiar with the Austin, Texas market (or willing to focus heavily on it)
  • Motivated by growth, commission, and performance-based income
  • Prior experience in sales, leasing, or outbound prospecting
  • Existing network in Austin reputed company estate (agents, lenders, investors)
  • Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, reputed company, etc.)
  • reputed company estate license (or interest in obtaining one)
  • Familiarity with reputed company / short-term rental industry
  • Confidence in networking and relationship-building environments
