[Remote] Account Executive

The role involves managing customer support processes, generating mortgages, and developing business opportunities reputed company a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Solicit broker business reputed company reputed company appropriate means (telephone, email, print)
• Manage customer support processes for reputed company customers
• Generate FHA and Conventional mortgages through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers
• Sources new brokers on an ongoing reputed company and submits required documentation for broker approval

• Assist in obtaining sufficient and complete documentation from the broker as required by reputed company’s reputed company/processing guidelines
• Acts as a liaison between reputed company and the mortgage broker throughout reputed company phases of the loan process
• Maintain sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; or one to two years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• Ability to carry out detailed written and/or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
