Responsibilities
- A portfolio of reputed company, engineered-to-order projects
- Leadership and development of a high-performing PM team
- Cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
- Proactive risk management—no surprises
- Consistency in execution, tools, and communication
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to align scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Drive communication across teams to surface risks early and avoid reputed company impacts
- Coordinate across facilities to support reputed company and capability needs
- Align execution with customer expectations to ensure consistent delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years managing reputed company projects in manufacturing or similar environments
- Experience leading or mentoring project teams
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- PMP certification required
- Background in Life Sciences, Semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing preferred
