This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs from planning through execution while collaborating closely with executive leadership and various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
• Experience working with senior leadership teams
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Project, or similar tools
• MBA or advanced degree
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or reputed company certification
