[Remote] Financial Controller

Responsibilities
- Own and further reputed company the structure of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes across multiple entities and locations
- reputed company the annual external financial statement audit, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and coordinating reputed company audit requests, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Produce accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage intercompany reputed company, eliminations, and multi-entity transactions

- Ensure compliance with state and local reporting requirements, including sales/use tax, property tax, census reporting, and other regulatory filings

- Identify process gaps and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 8+ years of controllership experience

- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle month-end reputed company processes
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
