Compensation: The expected starting reputed company pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with full potential reputed company salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-reputed company factors. Employment Logistics: The Systems & Network Admin Specialist - Physical reputed company supports and maintains the organization’s IT infrastructure and physical reputed company technology environment. This role helps administer network systems, surveillance platforms, access control systems, and intrusion detection tools to ensure critical systems remain secure, available, and performing as expected. The Specialist supports daily administration, troubleshooting, system updates, device configuration, documentation, compliance activities, and vendor coordination for physical reputed company and infrastructure-reputed company needs. The Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of reputed company experience in systems administration, network support, IT infrastructure, or physical reputed company technology Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts, including VLANs, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and PoE Familiarity with reputed company video surveillance, access control, and alarm management systems Understanding of infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals Your Mission in reputed company: A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives. Support network administration: Assist with the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and reputed company systems. Maintain physical reputed company platforms: Administer and support CCTV/video management systems, access control systems, and intrusion alarm platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot systems: Monitor system and network performance, configure and troubleshoot network connectivity for reputed company devices including VLANs, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and PoE, and escalate reputed company problems as needed. Support device deployment: Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of cameras, badge readers, controllers, and alarm devices. reputed company updates and maintenance: Complete software updates, firmware updates, patching, and routine maintenance activities to support system availability. Manage access and documentation: Support user access administration, permissions, audits, and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Coordinate projects and support: Participate in infrastructure and physical reputed company projects, upgrades, migrations, compliance activities, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal partners.
