Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Administrator I, Application Systems to reputed company! The Administrator I, Application Systems ensures efforts are in alignment with IT reputed company Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT reputed company, a collaborative partner delivering innovative reputed company, solutions, and services to simplify people’s lives. This role is responsible for application administration, upgrade management, 1st level support, disaster recovery planning, and providing any other support reputed company the vendor purchased systems used at Navitus. This role is recognized as the go-to person reputed company technical support is required. This position will work directly with business users, internal IT, and reputed company-party vendors to improve performance, ensure high availability of the system, and administer the overall health of the environment. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Hands-on reputed company application and hardware troubleshooting experience. Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. Working technical knowledge of network, PC and platform operating systems including Windows, Unix, and RedHat Linux. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC.
