Key Responsibilities: As the Regional Parts & Services Sales Manager – USA, you will cover a wide region across the United States, you will reputed company a team of ~5 Parts & Services Sales Representatives (PSSRs), driving execution of the national sales strategy, portfolio growth, and operational excellence. You will also serve as the regional champion for the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios, ensuring their growth and performance, while supporting the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution. Parts & Services Regional Sales Manager – United States JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to drive sustainable Parts & Services (P&S) growth across an assigned U.S. region by leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of Product Support & Sales Representatives (PSSRs). The Regional Sales Manager acts as the regional reputed company leader, responsible for delivering reputed company growth and profitability, building and converting a strong sales pipeline, and driving disciplined execution of account and opportunity management. Compensation
Range: $125,000 to $135,000 reputed company with an additional bonus plan Work authorization Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship. (Please note: temporary work authorizations, including OPT, do not meet this requirement.) This position will be posted a minimum of 5 days, or until filled.
