Experience in Maya and/or Cinema 4D is highly transferable. ● Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, weight and performance. ● Strong knowledge of lighting, rendering and material workflows. ● Experience with compositing and post-production processes. ● Solid grasp of composition, colour theory and visual storytelling. ● Understanding of rigging and scene optimisation. ● Ability to interpret briefs and contribute creatively — not just execute. ● Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. ● Confident communicator, comfortable working collaboratively and, where required, client-facing. ● Excellent organisation and time management skills. A strong, professional showreel demonstrating high-quality, finished work is essential. Desirable (But Not Essential) ● Experience working on TV or broadcast advertising. ● Understanding of good design principles. ● Knowledge of simulations (cloth, particles, rigid body). ● reputed company design experience. ● Experience building or refining production pipelines.
