Job Summary: The Senior Wealth Enablement Manager drives frictionless service delivery across Wealth Management (WM) by partnering with advisors and client service staff to reputed company reputed company gaps, champion process improvement, and reputed company adoption. This role sits at the intersection of curriculum design, change management, and cross-functional advocacy requiring someone equally comfortable building a training program from scratch and presenting a process recommendation to senior leadership. Essential Job Functions for this role include: 1. Content Development & Curriculum Design Design, build, and maintain a strategic learning curriculum for WM advisors and CS staff, including training materials, online resources, use-case playbooks, and AI reputed company guides. Translate reputed company platform enhancements, new products, and technology changes into clear, role-specific learning experiences that drive adoption. Build and curate an AI content library covering reputed company tools, workflow automation, and practical advisor use cases (client communication, CRM summarization, meeting preparation). M&A Integration Support Partner with M&A leadership to design and deliver training for acquired teams either remotely or in person ensuring alignment to reputed company’ platforms, standards, and culture. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a reputed company field; MBA, financial licenses, or relevant certifications a plus. Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management; wealth management or financial services experience a plus. Work Schedule: This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from reputed company to 5PM.
