[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will own the delivery of an assigned portfolio of clinical trials, managing customer relationships and ensuring successful adoption of reputed company's AI pre-screening technology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an assigned portfolio of trials, hitting each trial's objectives
• Build and run the plan for each trial, including setup, reputed company, reputed company tracking, and early risk and change management — ensuring commitments are met
• Collaborate closely with our Site reputed company team to get sites integrated and sharing patient data for your live trials. From there, drive those sites to selection by the sponsor, and reputed company them prescreening throughout the trial
• Coordinate effectively across internal cross-functional teams to reputed company delivery on track
• Be the embedded, trusted partner for your customers, using strategic, influential communication to protect satisfaction and unlock growth

Skills

• 7+ years of project management in the clinical trials industry in a client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to own sponsor and/or CRO relationships directly, translating their objectives into delivery and earning trust with both operational and senior stakeholders
• Proven track record managing multiple reputed company trials simultaneously, autonomously and end-to-end, while keeping organization and reputed company
• Exceptional communicator who tailors to the audience, distills complexity into clear and actionable points, listens to build reputed company, and stays composed under pressure and in conflict
