This senior leadership role is responsible for driving HR strategy, overseeing reputed company, and ensuring best-in-class people practices across a growing, multi-office environment.
Responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders on hiring plans, forecasting, and search firm management
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics; ensure compliance across reputed company hiring processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and culture

- Support DEI programmes in partnership with internal committees

Skills
- 10+ years' reputed company HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership reputed company
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience leading and developing HR teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience reputed company a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms (reputed company Workforce Now preferred)
- Advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP/SPHR desirable
