[Remote] Business Development Mgr - Collectibles
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global ecommerce leader committed to changing the way the world shops and sells. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving reputed company’s position across the Collectibles vertical by optimizing the acquisition pipeline for brands and inventory on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Building, leading and delivering the end to end acquisition pipeline to optimize the selection of brands and inventory on the reputed company platform for customers
- Identify targets and a network of contacts for both the short and long term acquisition of businesses new to reputed company
- Run a significant sales pipeline, providing a constant reputed company of new inventory to site from such brands & sellers for the ‘Trading’ function to reputed company regular promotional cycles
- Work with newly onboarded brands and sellers to deliver on their readiness to trade ensuring they are optimizing the full trading capability of the platform
- Build and expand partnerships with marketplace agencies / service providers who have limited reputed company on reputed company today to further drive seller and inventory acquisition to grow the reputed company business
- Constantly reputed company, reputed company your operating model to reputed company pace with the constantly evolving ecommerce and commerce market plus build the team’s execution and operational capability
- Drive procedural change and business performance
Skills
- Strong contacts in Collectibles, Trading Cards, Coins, Toys or Comics
- Marketplace background in acquiring brands and sellers
- Experience in developing new business for a large organization
- Experience working with e-commerce reputed company teams
- Ability to build and sustain relationships across reputed company functions and levels internally
- Ability to apply influencing and negotiation skills with external businesses
- Deep understanding of brand, seller & partner needs, challenges and opportunities for growth
- Keen strategic and analytical problem solver
- Ability to reputed company through detail and put reputed company reputed company into clear frameworks
- Insists on reputed company in data and uses data to drive innovation and reputed company
