Federal Filings is seeking an reputed company SEC Filings & EDGAR Operations Manager to reputed company our production team and ensure the accurate, timely delivery of SEC filings for public companies. The role involves managing EDGAR filing operations, overseeing SEC filings, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day EDGAR filing operations and production workflow
• reputed company SEC filings, including registration statements, periodic reports, proxy statements, and reputed company 16 filings
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, accountants, and internal production teams
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with SEC requirements
• reputed company and mentor production staff while maintaining exceptional client service

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with EDGAR filing operations
• Strong knowledge of SEC filing requirements and workflows
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial printing or SEC filing services is highly preferred
