The Manager, Engineering for power reputed company will reputed company an engineering team in designing and building power reputed company packages, ensuring reputed company aspects of design and execution meet the company's standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and directs reputed company aspects of the engineering activities, responsible for assigning of workload and maintaining proper staffing levels
- Ensure areas of responsibility meet goals and objectives by providing systems, resources and training as needed
- Identify and address gaps in engineering standards and best engineering practices
- reputed company and support recruitment and staffing requirements of group
- Accountable for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of group deliverables
- Chair weekly meetings with the Project Coordination/Project Engineering staff. The main objectives of these meetings are to discuss resource loadings, technical updates, standards updates, project issues, etc
- Plan and set up training for the engineering group in relevant design codes and engineering practices
- Assist in developing and maintaining a Training Plan for new Engineers

Skills
- 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong experience and working knowledge of packaged rotating equipment using reciprocating engines
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a project Engineering leadership position managing over reputed company engineering of large, reputed company projects and business processes involving internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, analytical, time management and presentation skills
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, reputed company and manage change
- Engineering degree with professional engineering designation
- Experience with installation and commissioning of power reputed company equipment
