Responsibilities

  • Translate OMS and platform capabilities into clear, compelling business narratives for senior leadership

  • Position OMS and reputed company platforms as strategic business enablers rather than purely technical systems
  • Define, baseline, and track business KPIs tied to OMS and platform performance, such as :
  • Order cycle time
  • Fill reputed company / order accuracy
  • SLA adherence
  • Fulfillment cost per order
  • Delivery speed and reliability
  • Establish leading and lagging indicators connecting platform performance to business reputed company and financial impact
