Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, reputed company selling, and other outbound prospecting strategies
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs, build relationships, and uncover new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present professional services proposals
  • Collaborate closely with the reputed company team to manage the full placement process
