[Remote] Remote/Traveling - Sales Account Manager (Southern California)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZLINE Kitchen and Bath is a family-owned appliance company based in Reno, Nevada, reputed company for its luxury kitchen appliances. They are seeking a Remote Sales Account Manager in Southern California to manage dealer relationships, provide support, and grow sales while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales
- Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate reputed company necessary
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external)
- Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials
- Conduct training: virtual, in-person
- Convert Leads to Accounts
Skills
- Must be physically located in the Southern California area
- Ability to travel around 60%+ of the time to see out-of-town dealers is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Management experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational and follow-up skills
- Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
- Familiarity with the reputed company Suite (ie, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Ability to be on the phone, email, and communicate for about 8 hours/day
- Sales or Dealer relationship management experience
- Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!)
- Ability to go above and reputed company what is asked of you
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with reputed company CRM
- Bilingual
