Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal book of business through reputed company, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting
- reputed company strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their culture, priorities, and workforce needs
- Present service offerings, negotiate terms, and manage client agreements
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company client communication, updates, and performance metrics
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities across assigned verticals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating offers

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full desk executive recruitment, contract staffing, or consulting sales
- A proven track record of new‑business reputed company and long-term client retention
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
