Responsibilities
- Overseeing both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
- Providing line management and individual team member development
- Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers
- Providing leadership as the 'go to person' for issues both internal and external
- Helping obtain new business and deliverables on time and on budget
- Maintaining client relationships

- Participating in the proposal and bid defense process
