[Remote] Associate Project Manager

This role involves supporting high-volume project and production workflows across multiple teams to ensure deliverables are on track and stakeholders are reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management across multiple active workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Traffic assets across departments and maintain organized reputed company documentation
• Triage incoming requests, prioritize work based on timing and reputed company, and escalate blockers proactively
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project status across a high volume of reputed company projects
• Partner with project managers, account teams, writers, designers, and production partners to reputed company work moving reputed company
• Help ensure briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and feedback loops stay organized
• reputed company quality checks before work moves into the next stage of production
• Maintain trackers, timelines, and status reports with a high level of accuracy and consistency
• Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly and proactively

Skills

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in a creative, digital, marketing, or agency environment
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple reputed company projects in a high-volume setting
• Hands-on understanding of production workflows from intake through final delivery
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across account, creative, and client-facing stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to anticipate issues, manage shifting priorities, and reputed company work on schedule
• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and similar collaboration tools
• Familiarity with digital asset production, including display, social, email, and reputed company
• Experience supporting embedded client teams
