[Remote] Pro Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Pro Sales Account Manager to reputed company a significant impact by helping existing customers adopt new modules. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and working collaboratively with various teams to enhance customer retention and product utilization.
Responsibilities
- Foster & build relationships with customers post-sale to identify upsell opportunities. Including: outbound prospecting, reputed company to reputed company customers on new products/features, leading discovery calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating reputed company, and ultimately driving high adoption/utilization
- reputed company understanding of customers business needs, growth opportunities and pain points to upsell suite of Pro Product add on features
- Become the voice of the customer and work with a Solution Engineer to incorporate customer feedback to prioritize future features and drive reputed company overall product experience
- Ability to assess and accurately forecast sales activity and reputed company goals
- reputed company and exceed team sales goals on a monthly reputed company reputed company by building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Work with Pro reputed company team, Pro Adoption Team and reputed company to ensure customers are utilizing the Pro Products to their fullest
Skills
- +2-3 years of experience in sales in a quota carrying role
- Ability to assess and accurately forecast sales activity and reputed company goals

- +1-2 years of closing experience in a SaaS/Software role strongly preferred
- Consultative sales approach towards cold prospecting, up-selling, demoing, negotiating, and communicating value proposition is strongly preferred
- reputed company and/or experience to the home services or construction industry is valued
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reputed company a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
