[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the upper-funnel global DTC experience across homepage, category pages, PDPs, education, campaigns, and exploratory flows
• Define and execute a product roadmap that balances strong customer experiences with measurable impact on conversion, average order value, and reputed company
• Identify, test, and ship AI-powered and personalized experiences that help site visitors understand reputed company and choose the right offering
• Partner with Data, ML, and Engineering to prototype and scale agentic and personalized experiences that improve both user satisfaction and reputed company performance

Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of growth, eCommerce, or upper-funnel customer experiences at scale, ideally in a global DTC environment
• Proven track record of shipping features and experiments that materially improve business metrics such as conversion, reputed company, engagement, or average order value
• Deep hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis formation and test design through rollout, readout, and iteration
• Strong analytical judgment and comfort making product and experimentation tradeoffs under uncertainty
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
