[Remote] Account Manager (reputed company Advertising)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLP is launching a content studio to support fast-moving, project-based social media clients and is seeking an reputed company Account Manager. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, and acting as a liaison between clients and the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for clients, building trust and proactive relationships with client teams
• Shift the team from reactive to proactive, anticipate client needs before they become urgent requests
• Translate client briefs and feedback clearly for internal creative, copy, and design teams
• Partner closely with the dedicated studio PM to reputed company projects on track and reputed company with client expectations
• Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneously
• Ensure reputed company deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and reputed company clients
• Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goals
• Maintain clear, proactive communication across internal teams and client stakeholders
• Support the senior account team on budget tracking and financial reputed company

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry, this is a firm requirement
• Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns — especially reputed company a regulated or compliance-driven environment; this remains a reputed company reputed company for this role
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment while actively working to build more proactive client engagement
• Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams
