[Remote] Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to implement project management discipline across departments and support the founders in launching new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Audit how work flows through the company today by interviewing department heads and team members to map roles, responsibilities, and recurring tasks

- Partner with our Senior Account Managers to organize their pods, structure their teams, and get every account project tracked and visible

- Manage end-to-end execution of projects across partners and teams
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines, workflows, dependencies, and launch plans

Skills
- Experience with Claude Code and process automation
- 5+ years in project management, operations, or chief-of-staff-style roles, ideally at a marketing, creative, or digital agency

You have personally built workspaces, automations, and dashboards from scratch, not just used them. - Experience scaling an ops or PM function and building a small team
