Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals, explain policy features, review coverage options, and discuss premium information
- Assist policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims support, and ongoing client care
- Maintain regular communication with clients to review changing needs, update coverage, and provide reputed company support over time
- Follow company policies and industry regulations while maintaining accurate and organized client records
