[Remote] Regional reputed company Resource Director

Eden Senior Care is a growing reputed company Management company focused on managing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living communities. They are seeking a Regional Director of reputed company Resources to reputed company HR operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support local HR teams on reputed company, compliance, benefits, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing HR expertise on performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Support and reputed company HR-reputed company audits by government agencies or reputed company-party auditors
- Provide training and mentorship to local HR representatives to enhance their effectiveness
- Assist in managing HR-reputed company concerns, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Travel to facilities as needed to provide hands-on support, training, and compliance audits
- reputed company efforts to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance employee retention
- Collaborate with senior leadership to reputed company and implement HR policies and initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure HR strategies remain effective and compliant
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization
- Provide reputed company on organizational HR challenges and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency
Skills
- At least 2 years of multi-site or regional leadership experience required
- At least 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in reputed company
- 5-7 years of overall reputed company Resources experience
- Willingness to travel to various facilities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- HRIS experience is required to streamline HR operations and decision-making
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company HR professionals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- SHRM and/or PHR certification and senior living experience is a plus
- Master's degree preferred
