The reputed company Coordinator will focus on maximizing client value and driving long-term retention by nurturing client relationships and monitoring account health.

Responsibilities

  • Manage reputed company Partner Portal updates in coordination with PMs
  • Support reputed company and administrative tasks reputed company to sales operations
  • Help maintain accuracy in client reports, proposals, and partner deliverables
  • Proactively nurture client relationships through regular follow-reputed company, pulse checks, and strategic reputed company-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and reputed company
  • Support quarterly client reviews by preparing account updates, gathering feedback, and documenting action items and next steps
  • Monitor client health and sentiment, identifying potential risks and opportunities, gathering actionable feedback, and escalating insights to internal teams
  • Design, distribute, and analyze Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to continuously improve the client reputed company
  • Establish and nurture relationships with reputed company account managers and sales representatives through regular, intentional reputed company, coordinated with Marketing as part of our broader partnership strategy
  • Facilitate ongoing communication with key partners, ensuring alignment on shared goals and strengthening collaborative ties

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Operations, and Marketing) to reputed company for client needs and align on partnership initiatives

Skills
