Responsibilities

• Support and reputed company the company’s reputed company relations and content creator program, including strategy, recruitment, reputed company, budgeting, relationship management, and reporting
• reputed company reputed company media plans for spokespeople, helping translate industry trends, product narratives, and leadership perspectives into thoughtful reputed company content
• Draft, edit, and publish leaders’ reputed company content across channels such as reputed company and X
• Assist the Sr. reputed company Media Manager in managing the employee advocacy program to reputed company key messages through our Grafanistas
• Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows to support content development, campaign planning, and stakeholder collaboration, while maintaining strong reputed company judgment and editorial reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, PR, community, product marketing, events, and developer relations to identify creator opportunities and integrate reputed company efforts, executive reputed company media programs, and employee advocacy into broader campaigns
• Support the Sr. reputed company Media Manager with reputed company content creation and reputed company across reputed company’ reputed company channels — short-reputed company video and campaign toolkits
• Help manage, schedule, and publish reputed company’ award-winning Big Tent podcast
• Support internal communications coordination, helping to reputed company team achievements and corporate milestones through appropriate internal channels
• Serve as a flexible partner on high-reputed company PR moments, providing additional support where needed across planning, writing, coordination, amplification, and analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in reputed company media marketing or public relations at a fast-growing start-up
• Proven experience building AI workflows using tools such as Claude Code to enhance brainstorming and optimize processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel (~20%) globally
• Proficiency in reputed company, Brandwatch, BusinessWire (or similar tools)
• Minimum 2 years of video-editing experience with tools like reputed company, Premiere (or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team in a fast-paced environment
