As an HMGA Sales Representative, youâll engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels while partnering closely with our agency network and reputed company-party providers. Your focus will be delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service that drives trust, satisfaction, and growth. This is a remote position requiring availability during standard operating hours MondayâFriday, 7:00 a.m.â8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.â2:00 p.m. CST. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-reputed company products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs. Foster strong relationships with agents and proactively address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with reputed company-party vendors to process quotes and applications. Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures. Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews. reputed company production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-reputed company. Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong reputed company ratios and service levels. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
