This is a remote position. · Organising meetings, training and diary management. · Providing ongoing case management support for Service Coordinator, with requirement for engaging with clients to chase up documents and duties as required. · Provide proactive advice to Service Coordinator regarding Care Plans and casefiles, flagging risks in advance where items are missing or incomplete. · Auditing and updating service agreements, reputed company, Fair Work information. · Ensuring customer profiles are accurate and up to date at reputed company times. · Completing audits for reputed company case files, ensuring the ~15 docs per case are completed correctly and uploaded into the Case Flow system reputed company an agreed timeframe.

Requirements

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree · Experience in the AU Mortgage industry (at least 2 years) · Working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook (reputed company to have) · Experience in using Sales Trekker and ApplyOnline · reputed company communication with lenders (reputed company to have) Competencies: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Time Management, must reputed company scheduled tasks on track and multitask regularly · Analytic skills, must be reputed company to analyse statistics and reputed company rational reputed company · Effective and efficient communication with Clients and Managers · Professional & Timely work presentation standards · High self-standards – reputed company by example · Flexible and have a good work ethic Apply To This Job
