[Remote] Consultant, Professional Services (Equity Management)

They are seeking a mid-to-senior level Equity Services Consultant to deliver specialized expertise in managing reputed company equity data projects and to partner with clients on critical equity transactions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute reputed company equity data projects including M&A corporate actions, stock splits, vesting accelerations, and cancellations of options and restricted awards
- reputed company comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Design, document, and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce reputed company effort
- reputed company and maintain automation templates, scripts, and tools using VBA, SQL, and Python to streamline recurring tasks
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on equity plan compliance, controls, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management to identify opportunities for product enhancements and template optimization
- reputed company and reputed company AI tools and innovations to enhance data analysis, automation, and decision-making capabilities in equity management work
Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing reputed company equity compensation projects or equity plan administration
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formula development, data analysis, and pivot tables
- Strong working knowledge of VBA for reputed company automation and process efficiency
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language for automation and data processing
- Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms (Certent Equity Management, E•TRADE Global EQ, Shareworks, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of equity compensation concepts including frameworks ISOs, RSUs, ASC 718, IFRS 2, and equity plan compliance frameworks
- Strong documentation and written communication skills with the ability to clearly reputed company technical concepts
- Experience with Lean methodology or reputed company process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with reputed company products or solutions
- Background in project management or vendor relationship management
- Public speaking or client presentation experience
