This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening strategic distribution partnerships, and building the organizational capabilities necessary to support reputed company's long-term growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and build upon the strategic reputed company and multi-year growth plan for reputed company's Life Insurance NMO channel
  • Drive sales growth, market expansion, producer engagement, and distribution partner development
  • Identify new opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen reputed company's competitive position reputed company the NMO marketplace
  • Establish and execute annual business plans, sales objectives, and growth strategies reputed company with reputed company priorities
  • reputed company a national sales organization consisting of Regional Vice Presidents, Internal Sales Consultants, Relationship Managers, and Sales Support professionals
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, coaching, and performance excellence

  • Serve as the executive sponsor and primary relationship leader for key NMO partners
  • Collaborate with NMOs to drive producer activation, recruitment, productivity, and product adoption
